Refund Policy
We want customers to test carefully, choose the right device, and understand the service before committing. Refund requests are reviewed fairly based on activation status and support history.
Before activation
If a plan has not been activated or credentials have not been issued, contact support as soon as possible to cancel or change your request.
After activation
Because IPTV access credentials are digital and can be used immediately, refunds after activation are assessed case by case. We may first troubleshoot your app, internet connection, or device setup.
Refunds are not normally provided for device incompatibility where the customer does not follow setup guidance, for unsupported third-party apps, or for change of mind after active use.
How to request a review
Email [email protected] with your contact number, plan date, device, app name, issue description, and any screenshots that help us understand the problem.
